Human Resource Management has become an important part in each and every organization today. Many companies have a HR Department. The HRM objective is to achieve corporate objectives.  . From recruitment to termination of employment HRM has changed how organizations monitor and drive their employees to be  successful . In the global context world has become for a challenge how an organization will manage its manpower wisely with a plan.


Human resource Planning, being a part of the HRM has helped the modern world organizations to think about employee motivation, retention and attraction. With the act of rewarding mechanisms in organizations employees have seen better days of payment and benefits in return of the labor they provide to their employer.
